Story & CelebrationS
Little is known about the origin of the Paloma, the most popular Tequila-based cocktail in Mexico, though it is loosely linked to the legendary Don Javier Delgado Corona, owner and bartender of La Capilla (“The Chapel”) in the town of Tequila, Mexico.
