Directions
If desired, rim a glass with salt
Fill the glass with ice and all ingredients
Top it up with grapefruit Soda
Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 60 mL Volando Blanco Tequila
- 30 mL lime juice
- 15 mL orange juice
- Ice
- top with homemade Sangrita
- Garnish: Orange slice + pepper + salt rim (optional)
Paired Sangrita
Ingredients
Sangrita ‘Little blood’ is the traditional Mexican chaser for Tequila.
- 150mL of Tomato Juice alone or with clam (Clamato)
- 100mL of Orange Juice
- 5 Squeezed Lemons
- 1 tablespoon Grenadine Syrup

2 sprinkles of Hot Sauce
(Valentina, Tamazula black sauce, or the preferenced) - 2 sprinkles of (Worcestershire sauce)
- 2 sprinkles of Maggi Juice
- Salt and Ground White Pepper to taste
